Welcome to AAI Foundation India (AAI BHAUUDHESHIYA SEVABHAVI SANSTHA) — a grassroots initiative dedicated to uplifting underprivileged communities, empowering women, supporting rural education, and advancing healthcare and livelihood programs across Maharashtra and beyond.

Established under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (MH/123/2013) and Mumbai Public Trust Act 1950 (F21324/BEED), we are a legally registered, not-for-profit voluntary organization working with integrity and purpose.

Founding Members

  • Founder & Chairperson: Shri Subhash Haribhau Rathod
    A visionary social worker with decades of grassroots experience, Shri Rathod founded the organization to uplift tribal and rural communities of Maharashtra with a special focus on women empowerment and youth development.

  • Co-Founder & Secretary: Nagesh Subhash Rathod
    A dynamic youth leader, Nagesh Rathod is committed to modernizing rural outreach programs and integrating technology to scale impact across sectors like education, skill-building, and health.

  • Held gender sensitization workshops reaching 1,500+ women and girls.

 Future Plans

  • Apply for CSR collaborations and Government schemes.

  • Expand to 5 new districts in Maharashtra by 2026.

  • Set up a Community Digital Center and Mobile Health Van.

  • Launch Skill Training Hubs for women and unemployed youth.
